摘 要:目的分析地震伤的诊断和治疗。方法对2008年5月26日~8月4日收治的50例地震伤员的临床资料进行回顾性分析。根据地震伤员的伤情特点,积极手术治疗恢复伤残肢体的功能,共手术38台次。结果50例中男20例,女30例,男女比率为1:1.5。年龄10~88岁,平均48.5岁,18—60岁34例,小于12岁2例,60岁以上14例,其中80岁以上2例。44例来自农村,多数房屋被毁。外伤多发生于四肢和骨盆,复合伤多见。漏诊脊柱骨折5例。手术38台次,均成功,无死亡伤员。结论农村人口多为妇女、儿童,青壮年少,这些人占地震伤员的多数。外伤部位多在四肢及骨盆。开放性伤口较多,感染多见。积极治疗后预后好。Objective To summarize the experience in diagnosis and treatment of trauma caused by earthquake. Methods The clinical data of 50 patients wounded during the May 12 Wenchuan Earthquake, and evacuated and treated in Shaoxing, Zhejiang Province, 20 males and 30 females with a, were retrospectively analyzed. Results Of the 50 wounded persons 20 were males and 30 were females with male/female ratio of 1:1.5. Their age was 48.5 on average with a range of 10- 88. Twelve of them were aged 〈12, 14 aged 〉60, and 2 aged 〉80. Forty-four of them came from rural areas with their housed destroyed. 68% of the wounded suffered from injuries in the extremities and pelvis, mostly combined with injuries in other body parts. Most of the fractures were open. Wound infection occurred in 15 cases. Missed diagnosis of vertebral fracture was found in 15 cases. 38 operations were performed successfully. No severe late complication related to fracture or surgery was observed. No death occurred. Conclusion Most of the wounded earthquake victims come from the rural areas and were elderly, women, and children that account for the majority of the rural population now adays. Most of the traumas occur at the extremities and pelvis caused by collapse of house. Open wound and wound infection are common. Prognosis is good after active treatment.
