摘 要:为提高质量监督部门在投诉处理上的办事效率,通过对国内外的信用发展现状进行研究和分析,结合我国质量监督领域中投诉的实际情况,研究出适用于我国质量监督领域中投诉的信用指标体系,并建立投诉信用模型.在网上投诉系统的应用表明,该模型能有效地排列出投诉的信用状况,为质量监督部门提供行为决策.To improve the efficiency of handling complaints for quality supervision departments, the development of domestic and foreign credit status and the fact of complaints in quality supervision fields in China are analyzed, the credit indicators system that is adaptable to the quality supervision in China is developed, and the complaint credit model is established. The model is applied into an online complaint- handling system and the results shows that it is effective for the status of complaint credit and helpful for the decision-making of quality supervision departments.
