摘 要:为解决设计信息向制造延拓的矛盾,在分析零件工艺链组成的基础上,提出了零件制造模型的概念,并结合实例建立了零件制造模型框架。提出了零件制造模型的组成,把零件在工艺过程中的状态作为制造模型组成单元,并细分为工件模型和工艺模型。建立了制造模型的信息层次结构,面向集成制造给出了制造模型信息的表达方式和基于控形节点的数据组织结构。基于Petri网,描述了制造模型定义过程。在该模型框架基础上,可进一步发展零件制造模型的数字化定义、管理和集成应用方法,以实现零件精密、快速和节约制造。Aiming to extend part design model for process, the concept of part manufacturing model was presented based on analyzing the part process chain. The framework of part manufacturing model was constructed with an example of complex aircraft integral panel part. The composition of part manufacturing model was presented. Part state in process was regarded as the component of part manufacturing model, and it was divided into model for workpiece and model for process. The information hierarchical structure of the model was set up and the method to represent model information which was oriented to integrated manufacturing was provided. The data organization structure based on shape control node was described. The definition process of the part manufacturing model was described based on Petri net. It was indicated that digital definition, management and integrated application methods could be further developed based on this framework to realize precise, rapid and economic part manufacturing.
