摘　　要：随着全国医疗改革的推进。越来越多的军队医院加入到医保定点医疗机构中，为完成医院信息系统与医保系统对接的功能。各医院都将面对如何开发医保接口程序的问题。以中国人民解放军第150中心医院为例，阐述了三种医保接口的解决方案。For performing the innovation of whole nation medical insurance, there are more and more military hospitals will be inculded in the appointed medical insurance institution list. So every hospital will face the problem that how to accomplish data interchanging between Hospital Information System and Medical Insurance System. This article illustrated three kind of medical insurance interface softwares solution.
