家庭护理对脑梗塞康复的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨家庭护理对提高出院后脑梗塞病人康复的意义。方法采用历史对照法将2005年2月～2005年12月期间的112例脑梗塞康复期病人分为两组，2005年2-5月为未家庭护理组53例，2005年6-12月为家庭护理组59例，分别对两纽病人的功能恢复和复发率进行比较。结果出院6个月后，家庭护理组与未家庭护理组的症状改善和复发情况经X2检验均有显著性差异（P〈0．05），家庭护理组优于未家庭护理组。结论家庭护理延续了康复期脑梗塞病人从医院到家庭支持护理，有效地促进了脑梗塞康复期病人的康复。[Objective] To explore the influence to the rehabilitation of cerebral infarction by home care services. [Methods] We compare the functional restoration and the recurrence rate between 53 cases of the home care group and 59 cases of the controls, that the statistics is from the retrospective study of 112 cases of the rehabilitation of cerebral infarction between Feb. to Dec. in 2005. [Results] There was a significant difference about the functional restoration and the recurrence rate between the home care group and the controls （P〈0.05） in 6 months after discharge. [Conclusion] The home care services prolonged and was benefit to the nursing care to the discharged patients of cerebral infarction
