摘　　要：[目的]探讨鲁沃夫全效多酶清洗液在胃镜活检钳清洗中的应用效果。[方法]将180件胃镜活检钳随机分成实验组和对照组,每组90件;实验组胃镜活检钳采用鲁沃夫全效多酶清洗液1?270溶液加超声清洗法清洗,对照组胃镜活检钳采用传统清洗剂1?200溶液加超声清洗法清洗,观察两组胃镜活检钳的洁净程度。[结果]两种方法清洗效果差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]鲁沃夫全效多酶清洗液清洗胃镜活检钳效果优于传统清洗剂。Objective： To probe into the effect of Luwofus holo -effective mul- tienzyme in cleaning of gastroseope biopsy forceps. Methods： A total of 180 pieces of biopsy forceps were divided into test and control group 90 pieces each. Gastroseope biopsy forceps of test group were cleaned by using 1 .＂ 270 Luwofu＇s holo- effective muhienzyme cleansing solution in combination with ultrasonic cleaning. Biopsy forceps control group were cleaned by using tradi- tional 1 ＂ 200 abluent solution in combination with uhrasonie cleaning. Then the cleaning degrees between the two group biopsy forceps were compared. Results： There was statistical significant difference in terms of clean effect be- tween the two groups （P^0.01）. Conclusion： The effect of Luwofu＇s holo- effective multienzyme in cleaning of gastroscope biopsy forceps is better than that of traditional abluent.
