摘  要:2008年初南疆地区遭遇了罕见的持续低温天气,致使南疆地区的林果业和畜牧业遭受了罕见的冻害。本文从天气学的角度出发,系统地分析了此次天气中持续低温的成因。分析得出,欧洲到贝加尔湖的阻塞高压建立与维持,引导北方冷空气不断南下进入南疆;地面冷空气通过4种路径自北冰洋南海岸和欧洲沿岸到达南疆地区,同时在对流层的中层,偏北、偏西和偏东地区均有不同程度的冷平流随高空风带向偏南地区输送,共同作用造成了南疆盆地的降温和持续低温。In early 2008, persistent extreme low temperature occurred in south Xinjiang. It caused heavy losses in many aspects of the social life, such as the forestry, anti fruit industry, the animal husbandoT. We analyzed the cause of the persistent low temperature in a synoptic view of point. Development and maintenance of the blocking high from Europe to Baikal Lake lead north cold air to south Xinjiang. The surface cold air gets to south Xinjiang basin through four routes. At the same time, the cold advection along with upper wind belt transported to south area in mid-troposphere. All these lead to temperature decrease and sustained low temperature in Southern Xinjiang Basin.
