摘  要:2003-2005年在新疆石河子棉区乌兰乌苏农业气象试验站内,通过智能人工气候箱实施低温处理试验,研究低温和低温持续时间对花铃期棉花生长的影响。结果表明:石河子棉区棉花在花铃期遭受异常低温处理之后,其叶片和蕾、铃都会发生异常脱落,并且其叶片和总蕾铃数的减少会随低温强度和持续时间的增加而呈现明显增加;棉花在花铃期遭受异常低温之后,其蕾、铃受害对低温的响应速度快于叶片,其受害程度也大于叶片。The responses of cotton at flowering and boll-forming stages to low temperature and duration of the low temperature were studied by intelligent artificial climate box, and the temperature conditions were controlled artificially, during 2003-2005 in Wulanwusu weather stations of the cotton region of Shihezi. The results showed that, after suffering the low temperature during the flowering and boll-forming stages of Shihezi cotton, the leaf, bud and bell of cotton were failed off, and the decrease of leaf, bud and bell increased with the increase of intensity and duration of the low temperature. During the flowering and boll-forming stages of Shihezi cotton, the response of bud and bell to suffer the same low temperature range were more sensitive than the leaf, and the extent of injure were more serious than the leaf.
