摘　　要：随着社会的进步和经济的发展,我国未成年人犯罪现象日益严重,未成年人犯罪的预防已经成为一个不容忽视的社会问题。本文首先分析了未成年人犯罪的特点,其次论述了未成年人犯罪的原因,最后对未成年人犯罪的预防等问题进行了初步研究。With the development of society and economy, we can see that the juvenile crime has been serious increasingly, therefore, the prevention of the juvenile crime has already become one of social problems which can not be ignored. Based on the law knowledge, the author first analyzes the characteristics and then dissertates the causes of the juvenile crime as well as suggests the preventing measures.
