青海省实施生态立省战略与资源开发模式研究

摘　　要：随着工业化和城市化进程的加快,资源开发与生态环境保护的矛盾日益突出,面对压力和挑战,青海省提出了生态立省战略。实施生态立省战略,就是在生态环境保护的前提下,加快资源开发,发展地方经济,探讨和选择资源开发、经济发展的最佳模式。走出一条适合青海实际的可持续发展的新型工业化道路。With the process expanding from industrialization and urbanization ,the contradictions among resource development , economic development and ecological environmental protection are increasingly obvious . In the face of stresses and challenges. Qinghai province has put forward strategies that ecological environmental protection should be regarded as the foundation on development of Qinghai province . that is to say , under the premise from ecological environmental protection in order to accelerate resource development and to develop provincial economy can be implemented, we can seek and select the best mode of resource development and economic development, and further search a new and sustainable development road toward new industrialization which is suitable for conditions of Qinghai provinve.
