摘 要:目的动态观察喘息及非喘息患儿血LTB4、尿LTE4浓度,探讨LTs与婴幼儿喘息、MP和RSV感染、特应体质的关系。方法用ELISA法检测喘息和非喘息呼吸道感染患儿血LTB4、尿LTE4浓度,并测定喘息组血清MP-IgM和RSV-IgM,进行统计分析。结果喘息急性期血LTB4、尿LTE4浓度高于非喘息组(P<0.05),喘息组缓解期尿液LTE4浓度低于喘息组急性期(P<0.05),但仍然高于非喘息组(P<0.05)。在喘息组,MP-IgM阳性病例血LTB4、尿LTE4浓度均高于阴性患儿(P<0.05),而RSV-IgM阳性与阴性病例之间血LTB4、尿LTE4浓度无统计学差异(P>0.05);特应体质患儿血LTB4、尿LTE4浓度高于非特应体质患儿(P<0.05)。血LTB4浓度与尿LTE4浓度成正相关关系(γ=0.742)。结论喘息性疾病婴幼儿体内白三烯(LTB4和LTE4)浓度呈持续增高的状态,其可能是导致婴幼儿喘息的重要原因之一。Objective To detect serum LTB4 and urine LTE4 concentration in infants with asthmatic diseases,and to explore the relationship with asthmatic diseases. Mp. RSV and atopic status. Methods Concentration of Serum LTB4 and urine LTEa were measured by ELISA about asthmatic and non-asthmatic diseases but with respiratory tract infection infants.Serum Mp-lgM and RSV-IgM were also measured.Results The concentration of Serum LTB4 and urine LTE4 in acute asthma period was higher than that of non-asthmatic group(P〈0.05),in remission,the concentration of LTE4 was lower than that of acute period(P〈0.05),but was still higher than that of non-asthmatic group(P〈0.05).In asthmatic diseases group,the concentration of Serum LTB4 and urine LTE4 of MP-IgM positive was higher than that of MP-IgM negative (P〈0.05), but RSV-IgM positive group and RSV-IgM negative group had no significant difference(P〉0.05).Serum LTB4 concentration and urine LTE4 concentration was positively correlated ( y =0.742). Conclusion Concentration of LTB4 and LTE4 in infants with asthmatic diseases maintained a high level.Leukotrienes is one of the major factors that led to the infants wheezing episode.
