摘  要:目的探讨微生态制剂(妈咪爱)预防小儿肺炎继发腹泻的疗效。方法调查2003年1月—2006年12月在我院住院治疗的小儿肺炎292例,以住院期间抗生素治疗同时应用妈咪爱患儿为治疗组(152例),仅使用抗生素治疗的患儿为对照组(140例),分别观察治疗5 d内及6~10 d的新增腹泻病例数,进行2分析比较发生率。结果治疗组治疗5 d内继发腹泻8例,发生率为5.26%(8/152);6~10 d继发腹泻25例,发生率为17.36%(25/144)。对照组5 d内继发腹泻19例,发生率为13.57%(19/140);6~10 d继发腹泻39例,发生率为32.23%(39/121)。单因素2分析显示:治疗组在治疗5 d内及6~10 d继发腹泻的发生率均明显低于对照组(2=5.995,P=0.014;2=7.937,P=0.005);而根据住院时间的不同不论是否应用微生态制剂,在治疗5 d内及6~10 d新增病例均呈增高趋势(2均=22.578,P均=0.000)。结论微生态制剂能够降低小儿肺炎继发腹泻的发生率,提示具有预防作用;而住院时间的延长可能增加继发腹泻的发生率。Objective It is to approach the curative effect of micro ecological praeparatum (Medilac Vita) preventing beforehand children pneumonic secondary diarrhea. Methods 292 pneumonia children who were hospitalized from Jan, 2003 to Dec, 2006 were investigated and divided into two groups. 152 cases were in treatment group and treated with antibiotics in duration of hospital stay at the same time applying micro ecological praeparatum. The other 144 cases were in control group and treated with antibiotics only. The new cases attacking with diarrhea in the two groups within 5 d in duration and from the sixth day to the tenth day were observed respectively. The incidence rates were examined with the X^2 test and compared. Results The cases of secondary diarrhea in treatment group within 5 d in duration were 8 cases and the incidence rate was 5.26% (8/152), and the cases from the sixth day to the tenth day in duration were 25 cases and the incidence rate was 17.36 % (25/144). The cases of secondary diarrhea in control group within 5 d in duration were 19 cases and the incidence rate was 13.57% (19/140), and the cases from the sixth day to the tenth day in duration were 39 cases and the incidence rate was 32.23% (39/121). Simple factor X^2 test showed that the incidence rate of secondary diarrhea in control group within 5 d in duration and from the sixth day to the tenth day were both lower than that in control group (X^2 = 5.995, P = 0. 014; X^2 = 7. 937, P = 0. 005). The new cases of diarrhea within 5 d in duration and from the sixth day to the tenth day had incremental tendency whether micro ecological praeparatum applied or not according the difference of stay length. Conclusion Micro ecological praeparatum can lower the incidence rate of children pneumonic secondary diarrhea, which prompts that it has preventive action. But the prolongation of stay length is likely to increase the incidence rate of secondary diarrhea.
