中西医结合分期治疗免疫性不孕的研究

摘　　要：目的观察中西医结合分期治疗免疫性不孕症的疗效。方法治疗组168例采用中西医结合分期治疗,对照组168例采用西药治疗。结果治疗组对AsAb、AEmAb、AOVAb、AhCGAb的转阴率为95.2%,而对照组为69.6%。妊娠率2组分别为78.1%和23.9%。2组均未发现不良反应。结论中西医结合分期治疗免疫性不孕疗效明显。Objective It is to observe the curative effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine by stages on immune infertility. Methods 168 patients were in treatment group and treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine by stages. 168 patients were in control group and treated with western medicine. Results The turning negative rate of AsAb, AEmAb, AOVAb and AhCGAb in treatment group was 95.2 % and that in control group was 69.6 %. The pregnancy rate in treatment group was 78.1% and that in control group was 23.9 %. There were no untoward reaction occurred in the two groups. Conclusion The curative effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine by stages on immune infertility is obvious.
