摘  要:研究了穿龙薯蓣嫩茎愈伤组织的诱导和分化、不定芽的分化和生根、试管苗移栽和扦插及移植于山坡栽培所需要的条件,建立起穿龙薯蓣嫩茎的高效无性系及快速繁殖技术。结果证明:MS+BA0.3mg/L+1NAA1.6mg/L是诱导嫩茎形成颗粒状愈伤组织的理想培养基;MS+AgNO32.0mg/L+BA1.0mg/L+NAA0.1mg/L是颗粒状愈伤组织和不定芽分化培养的理想培养基;1/2MS+NAA0.4mg/L是试管苗生根培养和生根继代培养的理想培养基;炉灰渣是试管苗移栽和扦插的理想基质。移植的试管苗具有长势旺盛、春天发芽早、根系发达等性状特点。The condition needed in callus induction, differention of axillary bud, cutting and transplantation Dioscorea nipponica Bunge have been studied, and regenerative clone and rapid propagation line were established. The results show that the optimum medium for granule callus induction of young stem was MS + BA 0.3 mg/L + 1.6NAA 1.6 mg/L. e optimum medium for differentiation stem was MS + AgNO3:2.0 mg/L + BA 1.0 mg/L + NAA 0. 1 mg/L. 1/2 MS + NAA 0.4 mg/L was suitable for rooting, regeneration. With cinder was used as seeding matrixs. Filed planting show that the tube spout grew well with roots flourishing.
