摘　　要：简要介绍了ERP原理和在对ERP软件分析中引入RUP的主要特征与静态结构；并以某企业应用的ERP软件中的销售管理子系统的开发为例，展示了RUP的实际应用过程。结果表明，RUP开发思想对软件的开发是适用而有效的。Enterprise resources planning （ERP） principle and main characteristics of rational unified process （RUP） and static structure in ERP software analysis were briefly introduced. Taking the development of the sales management subsystem in an enterprise of ERP software as an example, the practical application of RUP was presented, and the results demonstrated that the development idea of RUP for the software development is correct and effective.
