摘 要:间苯二甲酸(IPA)是一种极具发展前景的中间体原料,具有较强的耐热性、耐水解性和耐化学性。而在生产间苯二甲酸的过程中存在间苯二甲酸和醋酸消耗量大的问题,针对此问题,文章对间二甲苯生成间苯二甲酸工艺进行研究,寻找燃烧反应的规律,在原有催化剂体系基础上进行改进,利用活性炭取代锰作为催化剂时,可以大幅降低燃烧副反应进行,为间苯二甲酸生产的节能降耗提供了新的思路。Isophthalic acid was a material that had more and more application. The burning reactions in isophthalic acid production are the critical side reactions that increased the consumption of m-xylcne and solvent. In order to decrease the burning reaction, a heterogeneous catalytic system with activated carbon instead of Mn was put forward to catalyze the oxidation of m-xylene. A series of conclusions could be drawn from the experimental results as follow: when the manganese was replaced by the activated carbon, the combustion reaction in a high degree could be reduced.
