摘 要:研究了三聚氰胺和聚乙烯醇改性脲醛树脂胶粘剂的制备工艺和配方。甲醛/尿素物质的量比为1.3∶1,在反应温度为90℃,pH为5.5,三聚氰胺和聚乙烯醇添加量为尿素质量的2%,尿素按70∶25∶5比例分三次加入,制备出环保型脲醛树脂。结果表明,UF树脂的剪切强度可达2.78MPa,游离甲醛质量分数为0.030%,耐沸水时间为95min。Urea-formaldehyde resins modified by Melamine and polyvinyl alcohol were synthesized with urea and formaldehyde as monomers. The optimum conditions were obtained that the mole ratio between formaldehyde and urea was 1.3, the temperature was 90℃, the pH value was 5.5, dosage of both Melamine and polyvinyl alcohol werc 2 %, and that urea was added according to the ratio of 70 : 25 : 5. The results show that, UF resin shear strength of up to 2.78 MPa, the mass fraction of free formaldehyde 0.030 %, and boiling water resistant hours 95 min.
