摘 要:针对广州地区城市污水碳量严重偏低、碳氮磷比例失调的特点,以模拟的广州污水为处理对象,采用SBR反应器,对以硝酸盐为电子受体的反硝化除磷菌的培养及驯化进行研究。试验结果表明:反硝化除磷菌存在于传统生物除磷体系中。经过两个阶段试验的培养驯化,反硝化除磷菌在聚磷菌中的比例从29.8%上升到85.2%。稳定运行的反硝化除磷系统具有良好的反硝化脱氮除磷性能,系统出水磷<1.0mg/L,COD、TN、TP的平均去除率分别为90%,82%,97%。According to the urban wastewater in Guangzhou region with low carbon source and the disproportion of C, N and P, by taking the simulated wastewater in Guangzhou region as the research object, the experiment was carried out by SBR. The paper focused on enrichment and cultivation of denitrifying phosphorus removing bacteria(DPB), which uses nitrate as electron acceptor. The results showed that DPBs were already present in the conventional biological phosphorus removal system. The proportion of DPB increased from 29.8 % to 85.2 % of total phosphorus removing organisms after two phase selection.Simultaneous anoxic phosphate uptake and biological denitrification with good performance could be abtained in denitrifying phosphorus removal system in steady-state. Phosphorus concentration in effluent was less than 1.0 mg/L, and the average removal efficiency of COD~ TN. TP were 90 %, 82 %, 97 %.
