摘　　要：文化创意产业集聚区是特色产业聚集地,是个性化人才的聚集地,是个性化经营模式的聚合平台。它不仅要有较为完备的硬件设施,更要具备某个产业领域的独到经营理念、良好的文化氛围、和谐的人际关系、宽容的多元文化和基本的人文景观。成功的文化产业园区一定是独特的经营模式、良好的产业链构建与先进的经营理念和现代传播技术紧密结合的产物。A cultural creative industry gathering zone is an area centralized distinguishing features, a gathering place of special talents and a platform of individualized operation pattern. It not only requires complete hard infrastructure, but also have a unique operation principle of a certain industry, a good cultural environment and harmonious interpersonal relationship, tolerant multi-culture and basic scenery of historic figures and cultural heritage. Successful cultural industry zone must be a product of closely combining a unique operation pattern with a well-constructed industry chain, advanced operation principles and modem propagating technology.
