摘  要:研究了外源一氧化氮(nitric oxide,NO)供体硝普钠(sodium nitroprusside,SNP)对水稻萌发、生长以及幼根中IAA氧化酶的影响效应.结果表明:低浓度NO可促进水稻种子萌发和幼根生长,并促进不定根的产生,高浓度的NO则有抑制作用;进一步研究证实,不定根数目的产生与幼根中IAA氧化酶的活性呈正相关.The effects of sodium nitroprusside (SNP), an nitric oxide (NO) donor, on the growth of rice root and the activity of indoleacetic acid oxidase in root of rice were studied. The results showed that the germination and development of main root and adventitious root was promoted by low concentration SNP, but inhibited by high concentration SNP. It was proved that the number of adventitious roots was positively related with the activity of indoleaeetic acid oxidase.
