页岩陶粒混凝土材料性能的试验研究

摘　　要：陶粒混凝土作为轻骨料混凝土，不但质轻，而且能提供普通混凝土的强度、抗裂度等力学性能，应用前景相当广泛。文章使用地方性页岩陶粒产品，通过普通混凝土单向板与页岩陶粒混凝土单向板的结构性能对比试验及热工性能试验，试验表明，页岩陶粒混凝土的性能与普通混凝土相比，无明显差别。Shale ceramic grain concrete is a kind of lightweight aggregate concrete, which can provide the same strength as the normal concrete with less weight. The application prospect is widely. The article uses local shale ceramsite material. Through the plain concrete and shale ceramsite concrete one-way slabs＇s stress performance contrast experiment and the thermal characteristics experiment, mechanical performance of the shale ceramsite concrete as bearing plate is explained.
