共沸脱水法合成N,N′—间苯撑双马来酰亚胺的研究

摘　　要：以顺丁二酸酐和间苯二胺为原料,加入醋酸酐作阻聚剂,采用共沸脱水法合成了N,N′—间苯撑双马来酰亚胺。研究了反应时间、催化剂用量等因素对反应收率的影响,用高效液相色谱进行了纯度分析,并用红外光谱进行结构表征,实验结果表明,其产率可达98.2%以上,纯度达98.8%以上。The N, N-m-phenylene dimalemide is synthesized from maleic anhydride and m-phenylene diamine with acetic anhydride for the retarder, and the method of azeotropic dehydration is used with toluene as soluents. The reaction time, the catalyst volume and other factors affecting the yield of products are studied. The purity of N, N-mphenylene dimalemide was characterized by HPLC with the FT-IR for structural characterization. The result shows that the yield may reach 98.2%, and the purity is 98.8%.
