摘  要:在边际成本定价机制下,电力库集中调度的结果可能使发电商(机组)的收益低于在给定价格时其独立调度所能获得的最大收益。围绕电力市场中社会福利分配这一主题,首先分析了由于市场参与者个体利益和电力库整体利益二者矛盾导致的机组收益次优化问题,提出了发电商(机组)优化间隙的概念。然后以发电商优化间隙和利益补偿函数为基础,建立了电力市场社会福利分配的多目标优化模型,并设计了基于多目标进化算法NSGAⅡ-的求解算法。It is known that under the common marginal pricing scheme, the centralized pool scheduling may require some generation companies (GenCos) to operate at less than the maximum potential profits attainable under selfscheduling at the established market clearing price. This paper just addresses the essential and meaningful issue, namely social welfare distribution in electricity market. Firstly, the problem of GenCos' profits sub-optimality, which is caused by the conflicting goals between the centralized maximum welfare generation schedule and profitdriven goals of independent GenCos, is analyzed. Whereafter, a new concept of GenCos' optimality gaps is proposed. Secondly, a social welfare distribution model based on the multi-objective evolutionary algorithm is presented to bridge the contradicting objectives of the power pool with those of the self-interested participant generators. To solve the minimum optimality gaps problem we propose to use an evolutionary method based on NSGA- Ⅱ.
