摘 要:根据缆型纺先分束后汇聚的成纱机理及理论力学原理分三个部分(交汇点、交汇点以上的纤维束部分以及交汇点以下的纱线部分)对缆型纺纱线的捻度进行探讨。分析了纺纱时各部分捻度产生及分布的情况,得出缆型纺线中纤维束的捻度与纱线捻度及纤维束本身的状态相关,纤维束的捻度不是一个定值等结论。提出了纤维束和纱线的捻度之比的规律,探讨了纤维束捻度与纱线性能相关性,认为只有当缆型纺纱线捻度达到临界捻度时纱线综合指标最佳。Inthis research,the twist of the split-spun yarn was studied by the principle of the solo-spinning and mechanical theories that have three sections (conjunction points,the fasciculus above this point,and the yarns below conjunction points).The twist of the split-spun yarns,the twist producting and distribution along the split-spun yarns had been analyzed.At last we concluded that there are correlation among the twist of fasciculus,the twist of yarns and the condition of the fasciculus.We also conclude that the twist of the fasciculus is not a fixed value and so on .And,from the analysis of the twist for the conjunction points in the split-spun yarn ,we brought forward the rules of the rate for the fasciculus and the yarn twist.And, it discussed that the correlation between the twist of fasciculus and the fibers' capability.It especially pointed that only when the twist of split-spun yarn are in critical value,the index of yarn will be the best.
