摘　　要：目的:探讨在导乐陪伴分娩的过程中实施拉玛泽分娩法对促进孕妇自然分娩的影响。方法:将140例阴道试产的初产妇采用随机和自愿的原则分为两组,观察组(70例)在导乐陪伴分娩的基础上实施拉玛泽分娩法,对照组(70例)仅按导乐陪伴分娩进行护理。观察两组产妇产时疼痛情况、产程的时间、分娩方式、新生儿窒息及产后出血的发生率。结果:观察组产时疼痛程度降低,缩短了产程的时间,降低了剖宫产率,与对照组比较差异有显著性(P均<0.05)。结论:陪伴分娩的过程中实施拉玛泽分娩法能促进自然分娩。Objective： In the process of music with delivery lead in ramah and implementation method to promote pregnant childbirth ze natural childbirth. Methods： 140 cases will pilot during vaginal using random and freewill principle is divided into two groups, the observation group （70） in the guide on the basis of music with labor law implementing ramah ze childbirth, group （70） with the guide nursing childbirth music： Observation puerpera intrapartum pain, length of labor and delivery, neonatal asphyxia and the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage.. Results： The observation group intrapartum pain decreased, shorten the length of labor, reduced cesarean section rate, compared with the control greup （P 〈0.05）, Conclusion： With the implementation of labor process of ramah ze delivery method can promote natural childbirth
