金因肽联合康惠尔粉剂治疗高龄老年腹泻患者致肛周皮肤破溃的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨金因肽(通用名:重组人表皮生长因子外用溶液Ⅰ)与康惠尔粉剂联合治疗肛周皮肤破溃的疗效观察。方法:50例(98)处Ⅱ期或Ⅲ期肛周皮肤破溃患者随机分为两组,创面给予常规清创处理后,实验组创面先喷金因肽,特30秒钟后,轻轻挤弹康惠尔粉剂,将康惠尔粉剂撒在创面上;对照组创面直接轻轻挤弹康惠尔粉剂,将康惠尔粉剂撒在创面上。结果:实验组平均愈合时间为(5.8±2.4)d,较对照组愈合时间(10.1±1.9)d明显缩短(P<0.05)。并且实验组疼痛程度减轻,创面渗出液明显减少(P<0.05)。结论:金因肽与康惠尔粉剂联合治疗肛周皮肤破溃能够明显缩短溃疡面的愈合时间、有效的减少渗液,促进创面结疤、脱落、愈合,减少疤痕形成和色素沉着,减轻病人的痛苦。Objective：To determine clinical the effect of therapeutic alliance of ReCombinant Human Epidermal Growth Factor Derivative for External Use and Comfeel Powder for the skin treating defect ofperianal area.Methods： 50 patients （60 sites of skin defect） with stage I or stage II skin defect of perianal area were randomly divided into 2 groups, After traditional debridemeut, patients in group 1 were treated with therapeutic alliance and patients in groups 2 （control group） were treated with Comfeel Powder.Results： The mean restitution time in groupl was significantly shorter than control group [（5.6±3.4）d Vs （10.1±1.9） d, respectively, P〈0.05）]. Also, the pain in group 1 was relieved and the effusion from wound surface reduced significantly （P〈0.05）.Conclusions： Therapeutic alliance of Recombinant Human Epidermal Growth Factor Derivative for External Use and Comfeel Powder could significantly shorten the time of healing and reduce the effusion so that relieve the discomfort of patients.
