摘　　要：借鉴项目管理成熟度模型的理论,从石油勘探项目管理成熟度等级,石油勘探项目生命周期,石油勘探项目管理知识体系三个维度,构建了符合石油勘探项目管理特点的石油勘探项目管理成熟度模型,并对实现各成熟等级的关键过程域及其目标进行了研究,结合实际的勘探项目对模型进行了应用。研究结果表明:该模型能够衡量石油企业勘探项目的管理水平,找出石油勘探项目管理中的薄弱环节,为提高石油勘探项目管理水平提供了参考路径。Drawing on theory of project management maturity model, we have constructed a new project management maturity model that accords with the features of petroleum exploration project management from three dimensions of project management maturity level, project life cycle and project management knowledge system. The implementation of the key process areas for each maturity level and its objects have been studied. The model is applied to actual exploration projects. The study result shows that the model can measure the management level of exploration projects in oil companies, find out the weak link in project management, and provide the references for improving management level.
