摘　　要：和谐社会建设的背景下,广义视角的文化应该首先划分为生态文化和非生态文化两个方面。生态文化体现在非生态文化之中,非生态文化折射着一个国家、一个地方、一个民族生态文化的优劣。发展生产力必须重视生态文化建设。In the context of building a harmonious society, culture, in its broad sense, should be divided into ecological culture and non-ecological culture. Ecological culture finds its expression in non-ecological culture, while non-ecological culture reflects the merits and demerits of the eco-cultural status of a country, a region or a nation. Due importance have to be attached to ecological culture in bid to enhance productivity.
