摘  要:目的建立一种更为简便、稳定、存活率高的大鼠小肠移植模型。方法供、受体手术均双人操作,整体切取供体节段小肠,术中原位冷灌注,4℃UW液保存;受体采用显微外科技术行带供体小肠的腹主动脉补片与受体腹主动脉端侧吻合,术中经受体左肾静脉行供体特异性输血,利用Cuff套管技术将供体的门静脉与受体的左肾静脉端端吻合。移植肠近端结扎,远端外置。结果建立小肠移植模型60次,动脉、静脉吻合时间分别为(20±5)min和(2±1)min。52只存活超过3 d,存活率为86.7%,平均存活(16±9.4)d,最长存活时间为45 d。结论科学统筹、供体特异性输血和血管吻合技术的改良能建立更为可靠的大鼠小肠移植模型,为进一步的研究奠定了基础。Objective To establish a simple and stable model of small bowel transplantation in rats with high survival rate. Methods Operations on both donors and recipients were performed by two persons, who incised the segment of small bowel consisting of abdominal aorta patch with arteria mesenterica superior pedicle and superior mesenteric vein to portal vein, cold perfused it during operation, and then preserved it in UW solution at 4℃. The end-to-side anastomosis of donor abdominal aorta patch with arteria mesenterica superior pedicle and recipient abdominal aorta was performed according to the microsurgical technique, donor specific blood transfusion during the operation, an end-to-end anastomosis between the donor portal vein and the left renal vein of recipient using the cuff technique. The proximal end was hypodesmused and the distal end of the graft was exteriorized. Results The establishment of the small bowel transplantation model was made for 60 times, and the operation in anastomosis between arteries and veins lasted for (20±5)min and (2±1)min, respectively. Fifty-two models survived for more than 3 days, with survival rate of 86.7%, an average survival length of (16±9.4)d and the longest one of 45 days. Conclusion By scientific planning as a whole, donor specific blood transfusion and the modified technique of donor small bowel obtained, the more reliable model of small bowel transplantation in rats has been established, which could lay a foundation for further research.
