摘　　要：传统工作流管理系统的最大挑战是不能自动适应企业外部环境的变化并改变其内部的作业流程.文章提出了一种基于Agent的Web服务动态工作流模型(AW-WFM)来解决这一问题.在这个模型中,通过结合Agent技术,Web Services技术和工作流本体以支持动态工作流的定义.最后,介绍了此工作流模型在赣南教育学院协同办公系统中的应用.The moat serious challenge for traditional Worldlow management systems is how to make an enterprise response to the changes of external environment swiftly and transform inter-enterprise workflow and operation rapidly. An agent-based web services adaptive workflow model is brought forward, which is designed to solve this problem. In this model, Finally, a brief intro-ducetion about the application of AW-WFMin coordinating office automation systemof Gannan Institute of Education is made.
