摘　　要：钩端螺旋体病是一种由致病性钩端螺旋体感染引起的人兽共患病。致病性钩端螺旋体在宿主体内播散过程中与遇到的各种宿主细胞相互作用，这在钩体病的发生发展过程中起到重要作用。本文阐述了近年来国内外有关钩端螺旋体和宿主细胞相互作用，并探讨钩端螺旋体致病机制的研究趋势。Leptospirosis is a zoonotic disease caused by infection with Leptospira spp. While the pathogenic leptospires disseminate in the host, the interaction between the pathogens and different host cells plays an important role in the pathogenesis of the leptospirosis. This paper provides an overview of recent studies on the interaction between the leptospires and the host cells and also tries to make some previews on the research direction of the pathogenesis of the leptospirosis.
