广西野生稻种质资源保护利用现状与展望

摘　　要：系统阐述了广西野生稻种质资源原生境保护、异位保存以及利用现状,并针对广西野生稻保护和利用中存在的问题,提出了广西野生稻资源研究的建议:(1)加强长期安全保存体系建设,完善原生境保护体系和异位保存体系;(2)全面开展深入的鉴定评价研究,了解现存野生稻种质资源的潜在利用价值;(3)强化种质创新,发掘具有自主知识产权的优异基因;(4)健全共享体系,加强育种利用研究,变资源优势为经济优势;(5)加强野生稻研究的科技合作和学术交流。This paper introduced the current status of in situ and ex situ conservation and utilization of wild rice germplasm resources in Guangxi. Based on the current situation, some opinions were put forward about studies on wild rice resources in Guangxi. （ 1 ） Strengthening the construction of long-term security conservation system, perfecting in situ and ex situ conservation system. （2）Deeply studying on comprehensive identification and evaluation and to know the potential utilization value of wild rice. （3） Strengthening germplasm innovation and studies on independent intellectual property to process more excellent gene. （4） Perfecting a sharing system and strengthening studies on breeding, changing advantage of resources to advantage of economy. （5） Strengthening scientific and technological cooperation and academic exchange in wild rice studies.
