摘  要:目的建立兔耳不同深度烫伤创面模型。方法以改装的冷热温喷雾机作为烫伤装置,在兔每只耳背侧中段区域内的中线两边设计对称的4个直径1.5 cm烫伤创面,烫伤时间分别为2,3,4,5,6 s,每一时间点6个创面。观察烫伤区变化,伤后24h取标本行组织病理检查并测量烫伤深度。结果各烫伤创面呈圆形且边界清楚,制作浅Ⅱ度、深Ⅱ度、Ⅲ度、Ⅳ度创面的烫伤时间分别为2,3,4,5 s,5 s以上均达软骨,烫伤深度随烫伤时间延长而加深。结论制作本模型的烫伤设备简单,操作便捷、安全,烫伤创面形状、大小一致,创面深度准确、稳定,制作的兔耳烫伤模型可用于创面修复方面的研究。Objective To establish a model of scalded wound in the back of rabbit ear. Methods A sprayer was modified and utilized as the scalding equipment. Four wounded areas, with the diameter of 1.5cm, were created in middle area of the back of each rabbit ear symmetrically. The scalding time lasted 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 seconds. The change of wound appearance and the histopathtogical examination of the injured tissue were observed 24 hours after scald. The wound depth was measured. Results The wounds were round and clear. The scalding time for 2, 3, 4, 5 (6) seconds could result in superficial second, deep second, third, fourth degree of burn respectively. The injury depth was correspondent with scalding time. Conclusion In our work, the scalding equipment is simple, the operation is convenient and safe. the shape and size of wounds are completely same, and the depth of wounds is accurate and steady. The presented model can be used for burn wound repair research.
