摘 要:目的总结分析乳腺癌CT与MRI表现,探讨CT、MRI对乳腺癌的诊断价值。方法回顾分析46例经手术病理证实乳腺癌患者的临床和影像资料,所有患者均在1周内先后行CT和MRI检查。分析乳腺癌CT、MRI表现,并与病理结果相对照。结果46例患者中非浸润性癌3例,浸润性癌43例。①CT检出肿块38例,呈中等密度肿块,大小1.6-6.5 cm,边界不规整,棘状突起和毛刺31例,钙化影33例,27例呈细小沙粒状和成簇钙化,6例钙化较粗大;②MRI检出肿块43例,FSE T1 WI呈较低信号,FSE T2WI呈不均匀高信号,压脂扫描呈明显高信号,棘状突起和毛刺35例,钙化灶均未能显示。结论CT、MRI对乳腺癌诊断具有较高的准确性,MRI乳腺癌检出率高于CT,CT检出乳腺癌钙化敏感性高,CT和MRI结合能提高乳腺癌诊断的准确性。Objective To analysis the CT and MRI manifestation of breast cancer and investigate the diagnostic value of CT and MRI. Methods The clinical and imaging data of 46 cases of breast cancer, confirmed by operation and pa thology, were reviewed. For all the cases, CT and MRI were performed within one week. Results In the 46 cases of breast cancer, 43 cases were invasive carcinoma and the other 3 were non-invasive. (1) For CT scan, the moderate density mass, 1. 646. 5 cm in diameter, was detected in 38 cases. The boundary was irregular and poorly defined. Spiculation and glitch were found in 31 cases, calcification in 33 cases. (2) For MRI, the irregular mass was detected in 43 cases. The signal intensity was inhomogeneous. The mass was slightly hypointense on T1WI, hyperintense on T2WI, and obviously high signal intensity on fat suppression T2WI. No case had calcification loci. Conclusion Breast cancer can be diagnosed by CT or MRI with comparable accuracy. The detection rate of MRI is higher than CT. Combined CT with MRI helps to improve the diagnosis accruacy on breast cancer.
