人工血管移植治疗感染性假性股动脉瘤的护理

摘　　要：目的探讨采用人工血管移植治疗感染性假性股动脉瘤的临床观察和护理方法。方法对16例感染性假性股动脉瘤患者彻底清创后行人工血管移植治疗,加强手术前后的临床观察与护理。结果16例全部保肢成功。其中1例原位移植者出现吻合口漏,再次手术改行人工血管旁路移植,经3-24个月随访,移植血管均保持通畅。结论感染性假性股动脉瘤患者彻底清创后采用人工血管移植方便、可行,而术前精心准备及术后严密观察与护理是手术成功的重要保障。Objective To discuss the clinical observation and the nursing method of infectious pseudo femoral artery lump treated by using the artificial blood vessel transplant. Methods 16 patients with infectious pseudo femoral artery lump underwent the artificial blood vessel transplant after thorough debridement. The clinical observation and the nursing measures were strengthened. Results Successful limb salvage was obtained for all the 16 patients. 1 patient with positioning- situ transplant had anastomotic leakage,and underwent another transplant of the artificial blood vessel bypass. In 3- 24 months follow-up, the transplanted blood vessel maintained unobstructed. Conclusion It is convenient and feasible to perform the artificial blood vessel transplant after thorough debridement to treat the infectious pseudo femoral artery lump. Careful preparation before surgery, strict nursing observation and processing, and prevention against post-surgery complication are important to ensure the successful surgery.
