摘　　要：目的推进军队医院护理工作创新发展。方法综合分析某军区医院护理工作的现状。结果制约军队医院护理工作发展的主要因素为:护理技术骨干保留困难,人员配置不合理,对护理工作重视不够。结论重视学科发展、科学队伍结构、合理人员配置、完善管理体系、创新激励机制是现阶段推进军队医院护理工作的有效措施。Objective To promote the innovation and development of nursing work in military hospital. Methods The current status of nursing work in a certain military hospital was analysed. Results The main factors which restricted the development of nursing work in military hospital were difficulty in reserving core nurses, illogicality in staff configuration, and not enough attention to nursing work. Conclusion Recognition to subject development, scientific organization structure, reasonable staff configuration, and innovation and inspiration disciplines, are efficient measures to improve the nursing work in military hospital.
