摘　　要：目的探讨断指再植术围手术期的护理方法和经验。方法对我院2006年5月至2008年12月368例393指断指吻合术围手术期的护理进行回顾性分析。结果368例393指中,352例375指完全成活,16例18指发生坏死,成活率为95.6%。术后随访6～22月,再植后手指外观良好,再植手指功能良好。结论术前对断指的保护处理,充分的准备工作,术后对血运的观察、预防和及时正确处理血管危象是断指再植护理的关键。Objective To discuss the methods and experience of perioperative nursing for severed finger replantation. Methods Retrospectively analyzing the perioperative nursing for 368 cases of severed finger replantation from May 2006 to December 2008 in our hospital. Results In 368 cases （393 fingers）, 352 cases （375 fingers） survived, but 16 cases （18 fingers） failed.The survival rate was 95.6%. Patients were followed up for 6 to 22 months, whose replanted fingers were well-functioned with good appearance. Conclusion Preoperative protective treatment and full preparation, postoperative observation of blood circulation, prevention and timely, correct treatment of vascular crisis is the key to guarantee the effective nursing for severed finger replantation.
