益气升陷法临床应用举隅

摘　　要：益气升陷法是治疗大气下陷的基本法则,张锡纯首创的升陷汤是治疗大气下陷的经典方剂。笔者跟随曹洪欣教授临证期间,发现曹师应用益气升陷法治疗心律失常、重症肌无力、呼吸系统疾病、女性排尿困难等诸多疾病,都有较好的疗效。Therapy of invigorating qi and ascending qi collapse, created by ZHANG Xi-chun, is a basic rule for curing the syndrome of sinking of qi. Shengxian Decoction is the classic recipe for curing the syndrome of sinking of qi. During studying with my tutor, Professor CAO Hong-xin, I witnessed the good efficacy of such therapy on a variety of diseases such as arrhythmia, myasthenia gravis, respiratory disease and female dysuria and so on. This article is to summarize and explain the therapy with some examples.
