摘　　要：目的:探讨葛根素对去卵巢大鼠子宫雌激素受体(ER)α表达的影响。方法:大鼠去势后灌服不同剂量葛根素、倍美力溶液30d后,用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)观察血清雌二醇(E2)水平,免疫组织化学法观察子宫ERα的表达。结果:大鼠去势后血清E2下降(P<0.01),给药30d后,给药各组血清E2水平及子宫ERα阳性表达明显上升,与模型组比较,有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:葛根素具有雌激素样作用,通过影响ERα的表达调节去卵巢大鼠生殖内分泌的功能。Objective： To explore the effect of puerarin on uterine estrogen receptor （ER） α expression in ovariectomized rats. Methods： Ovariectomized rats were given with puerarin in different doses and premarin for 30 days, and then the expression of E2 was observe by ELISA and the expressions of uterine ER α were observed by using immunohistochemical methods. Results： The expressions of serum E2 in ovariectomized rats were decreased （ P 〈 0.01） , after treated for 30 days, the serum E2 and uterine ERα expression level were both significantly higher than that in model control group（P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion： Puerarin has estrogen-like effect, this can regulate the reproductive endocrine function of ovariectomized rats by effecting estrogen receptor （ER） α expression.
