摘　　要：高校基建档案是高等学校在基建管理和基建工程项目建设等各项活动中形成的直接记录,承载着高校建设的大量信息,在高校的建设、可持续发展及管理等方面都具有重要的作用。基建档案质量的高低取决于基建档案管理人员素质的高低。本文就高校基建档案管理人员应具备的素质谈几点看法。Construction archives are the records on construction administration and other works about construction project. It is also important information resources for the construction,development and administration of colleges. The qualities of construction archives are decided on the quality of administration staff. The needed qualities of staff for construction records administration have been discussed in this paper.
