摘　　要：中药及复方药效物质基础研究是中药研究的难点和重点之一。综述了在中药及复方的物质基础研究中常见的方法并对其特点进行分析,并对今后的研究进行了展望,希望为探明中药复方的物质基础与作用机制提供借鉴。One of difficult and crucial parts in studying Chinese herbs is study on material foundation of efficacy of Chinese herbs and compound prescription of Chinese medicine. Here, we summed up the general methods in study on Chinese herbs and compound prescription of Chinese medicine and analyzed the characteristic. Meanwhile, further study was also forecasted in this review. Taken together, this review will offer use for reference in completely exploring material foundation and effect mechanism of compound prescription of Chinese medicine.
