摘　　要：高血压是冠心病的独立危险因素,随着血压升高,冠心病发病率升高;高血压显著增加冠脉的狭窄;高血压导致心脏肥厚,从而影响冠脉病变的支数;高血压可能影响心脏结构,导致冠脉的严重狭窄;高血压与其它因素共同导致了冠心病的发生及进一步加重。因此认为高血压严重影响了冠心病的发生和发展,应加强预防和治疗。Hypertension is an independent risk factor for coronary heart disease. With the increase in blood pressure, coronary heart disease incidence increased; Hypertension significantly increase the stenosis of coronary; Hypertension lead to cardiac hypertrophy, thus affecting the number of coronary artery branches Hypertension that lead to cardiac structure may affect the severity of coronary artery stenosis; Hypertension and other factors led to the occurrence of coronary heart disease and the further increase rate. Therefore we considers that the Hypertension seriously affects the occurrence and development of coronary heart disease, prevention and treatment should be strengthened.
