成人麻疹患者心肌肌钙蛋白I水平的监测及临床意义

摘　　要：目的肌钙蛋白I（cTnI）水平变化对评估成人麻疹患者心肌损伤的临床意义。方弦应用Beckman Coulter Access Immunoassay System 2对成人麻疹患者血清cTnI水平的监测和正常人血清CTnI水平进行测定。结果成人麻疹组患者血清cTnI均值为0．030±0．016，正常组的血清cTnI均值为0．028±0．014，成人麻疹患者cTnI水平与正常组cTnI水平比较无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论研究的65例成人麻疹患者未发现cTnI明显异常。Objective Explore clinical significance of the cardiac troponin I （cTnI） changes in the diagnosis of cardiac injury of adult patients with measles. Methods Application of Beckman Couher Access Immunoassay System 2 for monitoring serum cTnI levels of adult patients with measles and normal people. Results Serum cTnI levels of adult patients with measles is 0. 030 ＋ 0.016, Serum cTnI levels of normal people is 0. 028 ± 0.014. Conclusion cTnI levels of 65 cases of adult patients with measles was no obvious abnormality.
