摘 要:目的探讨苍白球注射5-羟色胺(5-HT)对氟哌啶醇导致的大鼠僵直症状的调节作用。方法大鼠单侧苍白球埋置套管,恢复3 d后腹腔注射氟哌啶醇(1 mg/kg),苍白球内微量注射不同浓度的5-HT,以大鼠张力障碍性体态偏转角度评分作为指标,观察5-HT对氟哌啶醇导致的僵直症状的影响。结果单侧苍白球微量注射5-HT可引起模型大鼠头部对侧偏转,5-HT浓度在10 nmol/L^100μmol/L范围内,大鼠体态偏转评分呈现以10μmol/L为最高分浓度的钟形量效关系。结论5-HT可能通过影响苍白球神经元兴奋性来调节氟哌啶醇所致的大鼠僵直症状。Objective To investigate the effects of 5-HT on globus pallidus of rats with haloperidol-induced catalepsy. Methods A guide cannula was implanted into either side of globus pallidus of rats. Following at least three days of recovery, the rats then received systemic administration of haloperidol (1 mg/kg, i. p) and unilaterally intrapallidal mieroinjection of various concentrations of 5 HT or vehicles, respectively. The anguli of dystonic posturing were recorded and scored. Results In rats with haloperidol-induced catalepsy, intrapallidal microinjeetion of 5 HT caused eontralateral dystonic posturing. Within the range of l0 nmol/L--100μmol/L, 5-HT induced a bell shaped concentration-dependent contralateral dystonic posturing with the strongest effect at 10μmol/L. Conclusion 5-HT may be regulated to the haloperidol-induced catalepsy through affecting the excitability of globus pallidus neurons.
