摘  要:目的观察核心蛋白多糖对兔耳增生性瘢痕的作用。方法选择6只新西兰大白兔建立增生性瘢痕动物模型,随机分成2组,A组注射生理盐水,B组注射核心蛋白多糖,两组均于术后20 d行瘢痕内注射,术后30 d注射第2次。最后一次注射后21 d取材,测量瘢痕增生指数(SEI),观察成纤维细胞密度(NA)。结果B组SEI和NA均小于A组,差异有统计学意义(t=3.154、29.125,P<0.05)。结论核心蛋白多糖可以抑制兔耳增生性瘢痕的形成,减轻瘢痕的增生程度。Objeetive To observe the effect of decorin on hypertrophic scar of rabbit ears. Methods Six New Zealand white rabbits were used to establish a hypertrophy-scar model of ear and randomized to groups A and B. Twenty days after operation, normal saline was injected into the scar of rabbits in group A, and decorin in group B, the second injection was done 30 days postoperatively, the scar tissue was taken 21 days after the last injection. Scar elevation index (SEI) and density of fibroblasts were detected. Results The SEI and density of fibroblasts in group B were lower than that in group A, the difference was statistically significant (t=3. 154,29. 125;P〈0.05). Conclusion Decorin can inhibit the formation of hyperplastic scar and alleviate hyperplasia of it.
