超声聚焦联合糠酸莫米松治疗变应性鼻炎的效果

摘　　要：目的研究鼻内镜下超声聚焦联合糠酸莫米松治疗变应性鼻炎的效果。方法将82例病人随机分为2组,治疗组43例,采用鼻内镜下超声聚焦扫描鼻中隔筛前神经分布区、双侧下鼻甲鼻后下神经和筛前神经分布区及双侧鼻丘处黏膜,术后应用糠酸莫米松喷鼻3个月;对照组39例仅使用糠酸莫米松喷鼻治疗3个月。治疗后随访1年,对两组疗效进行比较。结果治疗组43例均行一次手术,术后1年总有效率为97.7%,对照组39例1年总有效率为74.4%,两组疗效比较差异有显著性(u=3.134,P<0.01)。结论鼻内镜下超声聚焦联合糠酸莫米松治疗变应性鼻炎是行之有效的方法之一,有较好的临床应用价值。Objective To study the therapeutic effect of allergic rhinitis by using endoscope with focusing ultrasound and mometasone furoate. Methods Eighty-two patients with allergic rhinitis were randomized to two groups. Treatment group： 43 patients received endoscopic focucing ultrasonographic scanning of nerve-supply area on nasal septum and mometasone furoate aqueous nasal spray （MFANS）, and 39 patients in control group received MFANS alone. All the patients were treated for three months and followed up for one year. Results Only one operation was performed for each patient in the treatment group with one-year total effective rate of 97.7 %, and 74.4 % in the control. The difference between the two groups was significant （u = 3. 134, P〈 0.01）. Conclusion Combined endoscopic ultrasound focusing and MFANS is one of the effective therapies for allergic rhinitis.
