摘  要:本文采用国际环境毒理和化学学会(SETAC)的环境影响评价体系以及美国标准和技术研究院开发的BEES评价软件的十二类环境影响指标建立钢筋混凝土结构环境影响评价体系,对工程建设及资源消耗带来的环境影响进行定量评价。以武汉某大学一栋四层、总建筑面积12800 m2的餐厅工程为研究对象,运用BEES软件计算出单位建筑面积对应的十二类环境影响潜值,并按照我国各类环境影响标准化基准值将其进行标准化和加权分析,研究结果对建筑工程设计和施工建造阶段环境影响定量评价具有参考价值。Based on the life cycle assessment system of Society of Environmental Toxicology and Chemistry (SETAC) and the twelve categories of environment impacts in the evaluation software BEES which is devel- oped by the National Institute of Standards and Technology, the paper established the evaluation system of life cycle environment impacts for the reinforced concrete structure project and researched the quantitative assess- ment of environmental impacts on engineering construction and resources consumption. A four-story university refectory project with a total constructive area of 12800 m^2 in Wuhan was considered, firstly, various building materials consumption were calculated according to the bill quantity of construction works; secondly, the twelve categories of environmental impact potentials corresponding to the unit building area were figured out on the basis of BEES; finally, the results in the previous step were normalized and weighted analysis was per- formed according to the environmental normalization references of China. The results are references to engi- neering design and quantitative assessment of environmental impactsin construction stage.
