糖代谢异常患者糖化血红蛋白水平与脉搏波速度的相关性

摘　　要：目的:探讨糖代谢异常患者糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)水平与脉搏波速度的相关性。方法:选择140例诊断为糖代谢异常(2型糖尿病、空腹血糖受损、糖耐量减低)的住院患者,按照HbA1c水平分为糖化血红蛋白升高组(HbA1c>6.5%)与对照组(HbA1c≤6.5%),测量患者的脉搏波速度及血压,检测血脂水平(甘油三酯、总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白-胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白-胆固醇)。结果:糖化血红蛋白升高组脉搏波速度明显高于对照组[(11.07±2.32)m/s∶(10.26±1.84)m/s,P<0.05]。在脉搏波速度相关因素分析中,糖化血红蛋白及收缩压与脉搏波速度呈显著正相关(r=0.34,0.56,P均<0.01)。结论:糖化血红蛋白与脉搏波速度具有相关性,血糖控制欠佳的糖代谢异常患者,动脉硬化程度加重。Objective： Approach the correlation of HbA1 c and pulse wave velocity （PWV） in abnormal glycometabolism patients. Methods： According to the HbA1c level, the 140 patients who were diagnosed abnormal glycometabolism were divided into two groups： HbA1c increased group （HbA1 c〉6.5%） and the control group （HbA1 c≤ 6.5%）. Measured the PWV and blood pressure of the patients, test the blood fat level. Results： The PWV of patients whose HbA1c〉6.5% was higher than that of control patients [（11.07±2.32） m/s：（10. 26±1.84） m/s, P〈0.05]. The HbA1 c level and systolic pressure were related to PWV （r=0. 34, 0. 56, P〈0.01 all）. Conclusion： HbA1 c is related to PWV. The arteriosclerosis will become more heavy if the blood glucose is not control well.
