摘  要:目的:探讨糖代谢异常患者糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)水平与脉搏波速度的相关性。方法:选择140例诊断为糖代谢异常(2型糖尿病、空腹血糖受损、糖耐量减低)的住院患者,按照HbA1c水平分为糖化血红蛋白升高组(HbA1c>6.5%)与对照组(HbA1c≤6.5%),测量患者的脉搏波速度及血压,检测血脂水平(甘油三酯、总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白-胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白-胆固醇)。结果:糖化血红蛋白升高组脉搏波速度明显高于对照组[(11.07±2.32)m/s∶(10.26±1.84)m/s,P<0.05]。在脉搏波速度相关因素分析中,糖化血红蛋白及收缩压与脉搏波速度呈显著正相关(r=0.34,0.56,P均<0.01)。结论:糖化血红蛋白与脉搏波速度具有相关性,血糖控制欠佳的糖代谢异常患者,动脉硬化程度加重。Objective: Approach the correlation of HbA1 c and pulse wave velocity (PWV) in abnormal glycometabolism patients. Methods: According to the HbA1c level, the 140 patients who were diagnosed abnormal glycometabolism were divided into two groups: HbA1c increased group (HbA1 c〉6.5%) and the control group (HbA1 c≤ 6.5%). Measured the PWV and blood pressure of the patients, test the blood fat level. Results: The PWV of patients whose HbA1c〉6.5% was higher than that of control patients [(11.07±2.32) m/s:(10. 26±1.84) m/s, P〈0.05]. The HbA1 c level and systolic pressure were related to PWV (r=0. 34, 0. 56, P〈0.01 all). Conclusion: HbA1 c is related to PWV. The arteriosclerosis will become more heavy if the blood glucose is not control well.
