摘  要:目的:研究犬急性心房颤动(房颤)时心房内皮细胞环氧酶-2(COX-2)的变化。方法:12条健康成年杂种犬被随机分为快速心房起搏(RAP)组(6只)与正常对照组(6只),PAP组建立犬急性房颤动物模型。分别取两组犬的左心耳、右心耳部位心肌组织,应用免疫组织化学技术检测心耳内皮细胞COX-2的改变。结果:(1)RAP组所有犬均可诱发出阵发性房颤;(2)RAP组犬心耳内皮细胞COX-2阳性率为83.3%(10/12),对照组为25.0%(3/12),RAP组显著高于对照组(P=0.013)。结论:急性房颤时心耳内皮细胞COX-2水平增加,提示在房颤早期发生了炎症反应。Objective: To investigate the expression of eyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) in right and left atrial appendages in acute atrial fibrillation (AF) model of caine. Methods: Twelve adult mongrel canines were randomly divided into rapid atrial pacing (RAP) group (n=6) and sham control group (control group, n=6). A model of acute AF in RAP group has been developed. Immunohistochemistry was performed to detect the change of COX-2 at the protein level in endothelium of atrial appendages. Results: (1) Paroxysmal AF was induced in all of the canines of RAP group. (2) Immunohistochemistry study indicated that in RAP and control groups, the rate of COX--2 expression was 83.3 (10/12) and 25.0% (3/12) respectively. COX--2 expression was significantly stronger in the former (P=0. 013). Conclusion: Acute AF in canines led to COX-2 protein expressed in RAP group showed its inflammation mechanism.
