益心舒治疗冠心病慢性心力衰竭临床观察

摘　　要：目的:评价益心舒胶囊对冠心病慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者的临床疗效。方法:选择80例冠心病CHF患者,随机分为对照组(40例),益心舒组(40例,常规治疗的基础上加服益心舒胶囊1.2 g,3次/d),服用6个月后观察两组治疗前后NYHA心功能、左室射血分数(LVEF)、左室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、6 min步行试验、24 h心肌缺血发作次数以及再住院率和病死率。结果:益心舒组总有效率(95%)优于对照组(65%),NYHA心功能、LVEF、LVESD、6 min步行试验、24 h心肌缺血发作次数较对照组有显著改善(P<0.05～<0.01),益心舒组的再住院率较对照组明显降低(15%∶40%,P<0.05),但病死率两组无显著差异,未发现与药物相关的不良反应。结论:在常规治疗冠心病心衰的基础上加用益心舒,可进一步提高疗效,改善心功能。Objective： To investigate the effects of Yixinshu capsule in patients with coronary heart disease complicated chronic congestive heart failure （CHF）. Methods： Eighty cases were randomly divided into control group （n= 40） and Yixinshu group （n=40）. In control group, patients received routine therapy. In Yixinshu group, patients received Yixinshu capsule 1.2 g, 3 times/d above based of routine therapy for six months. Heart function, Left ventricular ejecting fraction （LVEF）, left ventricular end systolic diameter （LVESD）, left ventricular end diastolic diameter （LVEDD）, 6-minute walking test and 24-h cardiac ischemic number were measured before and after treatment. In addition, rehospitalization and mortality were observed. Results： The total effective rate （95%） in Yixinshu group surpassed to control group （65%, P〈0.05）. After treatment the LVEF, LVESD, 6-rain walking test and 24-h .cardiac ischemie number in Yixinshu gruop significantly improved, and more than those of control group （P〈0.05） ; the rehospitalization rate of Yixinshu group obviously decreased than that of control group （15 %：40%, P〈0. 05）. Adverse effect in Yixinshu group was not found. Conclusion： Adding Yixinshu based on the routine therapy can improve the therapeutic effect and the heart function in CHD patients with CHF.
